I normally make bots for security servers and like roleplay servers.
If you want to become a hoster you must meet the following requirements:
Ability to host 24/7 — if you need a day off, that's acceptable
Must be able to run code at 30–120ms latency
Must be able to leave your device open and running consistently
You cannot leak the code — doing so will result in legal consequences
You must be able to host on a device that can run code — PC, self-hosted servers, Raspberry Pi's, etc. You will be paid depending on how much you host. If you would like to be a hoster, please make a support ticket.
To set up your own server, start by finding a suitable computer or mini-computer. An old laptop works perfectly fine for this. You don't need anything powerful to get started.
Once you have a device, follow these steps:
Install any type of Linux on the device — Ubuntu is a good beginner-friendly choice
Set up any applications or services you want to run on it
Make sure the device stays powered on and connected to the internet
Configure any port forwarding on your router if you need the server to be accessible externally

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any CustomBots service — including our Discord bots, website, or support server — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CustomBots provides custom-built Discord bots and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
Bots are built to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase
Hosting is included with every bot and is provided on an ongoing basis
We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for maximum availability
3. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final once development has begun. We accept CashApp, Gift Cards, Robux, and PayPal.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if work has not yet started
Chargebacks or disputes filed after delivery will result in permanent service termination
Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property
All code written by CustomBots developers remains the intellectual property of CustomBots unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code of any bot we provide
Leaking our code will result in immediate service termination and may result in legal action
Branding assets provided by CustomBots remain our property
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our bots or services for any of the following:
Harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks against individuals or groups
Spam, raiding, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service
Illegal activities of any kind
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
6. Staff & Developers
All CustomBots staff and developers are expected to follow internal standards. Developers found using AI tools to generate code will be immediately terminated. Staff found leaking confidential information will face legal consequences.
7. Limitation of Liability
CustomBots is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for actions taken by bots in your Discord server.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information CustomBots collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our services including our Discord bots, website, and support server.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you interact with our services:
Discord User ID — used to identify you and link you to your bot or order
Server ID — used to associate your bot with your Discord server
Order details — the specifications and preferences you provide when purchasing
Support messages — messages sent in our support tickets for the purpose of resolving issues
We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or any sensitive financial information directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering and maintaining our services:
Building and configuring your custom bot
Providing ongoing hosting and support
Communicating with you about your order or account
Improving our services based on usage patterns
4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to CustomBots staff who need it to perform their duties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. Bot Data Collection
Our Discord bots may log certain server activity depending on the features you have enabled (e.g. join logs, moderation logs). This data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and is only used to power the features you have requested.

You may request deletion of your server's data at any time
6. Third-Party Services
Our services interact with Discord's platform and are subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (CashApp, PayPal, etc.) and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not control how these platforms handle your data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you are an active customer. If you request deletion of your data or your service is terminated, we will remove your information within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Request access to the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
To exercise any of these rights, please open a ticket in our support server.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
